These Terms of Service govern all orders placed through The Effortless Feast holiday checkout, operated by Combined Caterers LLC on behalf of its three market banners: Best Impressions Caterers (Charlotte, NC), Duvall Catering & Events (Charleston, SC), and Rocky Top Catering (Raleigh-Durham, NC). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
All orders are pre-paid and non-transferable. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Stripe and you receive a confirmation email. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include all applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.
Each package is priced per order and serves exactly eight (8) people. We do not offer partial orders or mid-size options. Bundle pricing (Reserve Collection and Classic Collection) is applied at checkout and reflects the discount shown at time of purchase.
The $50 home delivery fee is added at checkout for all standalone orders. Delivery fees are waived on two-holiday bundle orders (Reserve Collection and Classic Collection) as shown at checkout.
Thanksgiving 2026: Orders must be placed by Monday, November 23, 2026. No orders will be accepted after this date for the Thanksgiving season. Kitchen capacity is limited — early ordering is strongly encouraged.
Christmas 2026: Orders for Christmas packages must be placed by Monday, December 21, 2026. Standalone Christmas orders and bundle Christmas add-ons share the same deadline.
These deadlines reflect our kitchen's production schedule. We are unable to accommodate late orders under any circumstances once a deadline has passed. Due to our production schedule and batch preparation process, we are also unable to fulfill or release orders prior to the first available pickup date in each season — early fulfillment requests cannot be accommodated.
Home delivery is available within our defined service areas in Charlotte, Charleston, and Raleigh-Durham. Delivery windows are 8am–1pm on the scheduled date. You or a designated adult must be available to receive the order during this window.
Thanksgiving delivery date: Wednesday, November 25, 2026.
Christmas delivery date: Tuesday, December 23, 2026.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver will leave the package in the safest accessible location and notify you by the contact information provided at checkout. Combined Caterers is not liable for any loss, theft, or quality degradation that occurs after delivery is made to the address on file.
Pickup orders must be collected from the kitchen location in your market during the designated pickup window. Pickup is complimentary — no added fee.
Thanksgiving pickup window: Tuesday, November 24 and Wednesday, November 25, 2026.
Christmas pickup window: Tuesday, December 22 and Wednesday, December 23, 2026.
Kitchen addresses are provided in your confirmation email. Orders not collected within the pickup window will be held for two hours past the window's close before being considered abandoned. Combined Caterers is not responsible for quality or safety of items that are not picked up within the designated window.
All packages are prepared as described on the menu at time of purchase. Combined Caterers reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions due to supply chain disruptions, seasonal sourcing issues, or food safety concerns. In the event of a substitution, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will not reduce the overall meal composition.
We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation environments. All dietary tags (GF, DF, NF) reflect the absence of that ingredient in a given dish, not a certified allergen-free kitchen environment. Customers with severe food allergies should contact us before ordering.
Due to our production schedule and batch preparation process, we are unable to accommodate modifications, exclusions, or item-level substitutions within a package. Each package is designed and executed as a complete meal — this is the standard that allows us to maintain the quality and consistency our customers expect. If you have questions about a specific package's contents prior to placing an order, our team is glad to help.
Our cancellation and refund policy is described in full in the Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation windows and refund eligibility terms outlined there.
Combined Caterers LLC's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of enjoyment, reputational harm, or costs associated with replacement catering.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in fulfillment caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, labor disruptions, infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order and will contact you directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your order is fulfilled — North Carolina for Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham orders, South Carolina for Charleston orders. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable state.
